To enter the tournament, you MUST submit an entry form.
We will no longer take entries any other way.
If you intend to enter two teams, please fill out separate entry forms and indicate
with second team with a "2" after your school name.
The 2026 Boys Tournament is full. Please fill out an entry form to be placed on the waitlist.
