If you decide to book directly with a hotel or on a 3rd party web site we will not be able to work with the hotel if any issues should arise during the tournament.

Please note the cancellation policy of the hotel that you choose. Charges or fees associated with canceling for any reason are the responsibility of the reserving party and not the tournament. If there is a need to cancel the tournament, tournament directors make every effort to do so as early as possible to avoid this situation but it may be necessary for you to make a decision for your team depending on the cancellation policy of your chosen hotel.
